A Formstack account
A Visme account

How to set up the integration:

Create a form in your Formstack account that you want to embed.
Go to the Visme Apps section and click Formstack.
Log into your Formstack account using your Formstack credentials to connect your surveys to Visme.
Find the title of the survey or poll you want to embed from the list of forms and drag-and-drop it onto your Visme project.
Adjust the position, size and background opacity of your surveys to fit your Visme design.

And voila! Now you can easily share surveys, forms and polls right inside Visme projects to help collect leads and customer data, create interactive content and more.
